General Definitions
Any use of the words (we, our company, the company, Hibr, Hibr host, Hibr hosting, system, hosting) refers to the holding company Hibr Host.
By purchasing any of our services or joining our Discord server, you agree to all our rules, laws, and terms, and to any future modifications thereto.
Code of Conduct
- Political or religious discussions are strictly prohibited (Chat, messages, and files).
- Insulting or defaming administration or other clients results in legal action and service/host termination.
- Gold requests, harassment, and persistent badgering of users are strictly prohibited.
- Disrupting or harassing management will result in cancellation of all purchases.
Prohibited Activities
- Reselling servers or services purchased from our company is prohibited.
- Using our servers for unauthorized purposes or intentions is prohibited.
- Attempting to hack any website, company, or our internal system will result in immediate legal prosecution.
Liability & Consequences
- The customer is solely responsible for any issues on their purchased servers.
- We bear no liability for illegal activities initiated from your servers.
- Damage to our infrastructure will result in service termination, fines, and legal action.
